For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Certified coaching qualifications or specialized training.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and delivering training programs for managers.

• Practical experience in team management.

• Relevant higher education (preferably in pedagogy, management, psychology, or philology).

• Solid understanding of group dynamics and practical application of Kolb’s learning model.

• English proficiency at B1+ level.

• Knowledge of the latest L&D trends and experience working with LMS platforms.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

Proficiency in languages: Russian, Ukrainian, and English at a level sufficient for conducting training sessions.
