Creative Lead

Farcana, a game dev startup based in the UAE, is looking for a talented Creative Team Lead to join our dynamic team. We are developing a multiplayer online team-based shooter game powered by blockchain technology and aim to create successful games.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Lead a cross-functional team of designers, video producers, copywriters, and project managers for creative deliverables. Prioritize tasks and resources, collaborating to create effective schedules.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Oversee final concept presentations and secure necessary approvals.

• Manage external creative vendors, create necessary briefs with the marketing team.

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas.

• Review and approve team content to ensure it meets marketing objectives.

• Analyze market trends and consumer needs to inform creative strategies.

• Manage project budgets effectively.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

• 3+ years in a creative leadership role with a strong portfolio, including experience in Web3 projects.

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Proven ability to inspire and lead a team.

• Familiarity with current trends in branding, design, and Web3 technologies.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
